Welcome to All About U. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all bookings made through our website, by email, or through a travel advisor. By booking an experience with us, you agree to the Terms below.

1. About Us

All About U provides private, guided experiences in and around Utrecht, the Netherlands. All About U is operated by All about U, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 90346726.

2. Bookings

  • Bookings can be made directly through our website, by email, or through a participating travel advisor.

  • Our experiences are conducted in small groups of maximum 8 persons and booked for a minimum of two (2) guests, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • A booking is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation from us and, where applicable, payment or deposit has been received.

  • Please ensure all guest names and contact details provided at booking are accurate. We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by the guest.

3. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in euros (€) per couple/group as stated on our website or provided in your quote, unless otherwise specified.

  • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your full payment details.

  • Prices for add-ons (such as champagne, private transportation, or a private photographer) will be confirmed separately and are payable in addition to the base experience price.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change, especially around flight and cruise schedules. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation by the guest:

Less than 24 hours before the experience, or no-show No refund

  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by email or through your booking confirmation link.

  • Rescheduling to a different date or time is subject to availability and is free of charge if requested more than 72 hours in advance. Requests made within 72 hours will be treated as a cancellation under the policy above, unless we are able to accommodate the change at our discretion.

Cancellation by All About U:

  • In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule an experience (for example, due to illness, safety concerns, or insufficient notice for staffing), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Weather:

  • Most of our experiences take place outdoors or partially outdoors (including private boat experiences). Experiences generally continue in light rain. In the case of severe weather (e.g., storms, extreme heat, or conditions posing a safety risk), we reserve the right to reschedule the experience. We will always try to offer an alternative date; if none is suitable, a full refund will be provided.

5. Changes to Your Booking

  • Requests to change the number of guests, add extras, or adjust the itinerary should be made as early as possible and are subject to availability.

  • Significant changes made less than 48 hours before the experience may not always be possible to accommodate.

6. During Your Experience

  • Guests are expected to arrive at the agreed meeting point at the confirmed time. Please note the specific arrival instructions provided with your booking confirmation.

  • Experiences may include walking on cobblestones, stairs, and descents into historic cellars. Please let us know in advance of any mobility considerations so we can advise or adapt the experience where possible.

  • All About U reserves the right to end an experience early, without refund, in cases of guest behaviour that is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive to the host or others.

7. Liability

  • All About U takes reasonable care in the planning and delivery of every experience, but participation is at the guest's own risk.

  • All About U is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed connections, flights, or cruise departures, except where such loss is caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Dutch law.

  • We recommend that international guests arrange their own travel insurance to cover cancellations, delays, and unforeseen circumstances.

8. Third-Party Bookings

  • If you have booked through a travel advisor or agency, certain terms (such as payment and cancellation arrangements) may be governed by your agreement with that advisor. Please refer to your advisor for details specific to your booking, in addition to these Terms.

9. Privacy

  • Personal information provided at booking (such as names, contact details, and dietary or accessibility needs) is used solely to prepare and deliver your experience and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide the service (e.g., payment processing). See our Privacy Policy for further details.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your booking will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise for guests residing abroad.
